Whitelisted agencies are those that require an application and training to be approved and able to use their assets.

Serves as the County's own, sponsored whitelisted agency and authority. County Moderators are tasked with enforcing the County Ordinance, ensuring peace and hospitality, and increasing the server's engagement.

Civilian based businesses, organized mafias, and jobs that require an application and possibly training to be approved and able to use their assets.

Conducts tasks that are not directly related to moderations and enforcement of the County Ordinance. Consists of Fleet Operations, External Affairs, and the Media Department
